In the event this disclaimer is ineffective, the maximum compensation due to you is refund of the services or products ordered.
Where you select to purchase training the training purchased may include items to be posted. Such items purchased from EPILEPSY FOUNDATION are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping and processing charges.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of the course where resources are required to complete the training program.
Resource orders to support interactive online training delivery are dispatched one week prior to training delivery by express post and shipping times are estimated at between 1-3 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Secure Payments
We accept Visa, and Mastercard or direct deposit via SecurePay. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details using 128 but SSL encryption to protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.
Your Order
We will confirm an order shortly after it is placed by email to the customer.
Refund
At EPILEPSY FOUNDATION we understand the need to purchase training that suits your needs. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision; we also offer consultation prior to the purchase to clarify your needs to ensure that you purchase the correct training program.
In the event of a customer wishing to cancel their online training order and receive a refund, EPILEPSY FOUNDATION will only consider a refund where the online platform has not been accessed and it has been identified after the purchase that the purchaser has been unable to access the training due to IT issues being experienced by the purchaser.
Where a customer seeks to cancel face to face training delivery, including online interactive training, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

Cancellation fees will be invoiced to the customer for payment on finalisation of cancellation.
Receiving your order
Once payment is received EPILEPSY FOUNDATION will email you a receipt and instructions to access your training.

Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password.

Pricing
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). The EPILEPSY FOUNDATION is committed to ensuring everyone has equal access to training. Price of and access to our training programs should never be a barrier . An application process for fee reduction based on hardship is available. All applications are evaluated individually. Privacy
We use the information we collect about you to process sales on the site and to assist us and other entities in offering services and products to you. We also collect information in the form of referrals by site users to third parties.
We may also share your data with third parties such as financial bodies, credit card companies in order to process transactions.
Cookies are used in the EPILEPSY FOUNDATION online shopping system. They are mainly used to keep track of the items purchased within the online shopping system and to ease the shopping process. These cookies are only kept within the session when you are using the online shopping system. They are automatically removed from your IT device as soon as you close your browser.
No credit card number is stored in EPILEPSY FOUNDATION’s shopping system. The credit card details are passed to the payment gateway as soon as it has been collected.

Donations
Facility on this website is provided for donations to EPILEPSY FOUNDATION. Donations may be given as a single once off payment, or recurring payment over a fixed length. All personal data is stored in accordance with legislation and our privacy policy. For early cancellation of recurring donation payment, please contact us.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
